Shakyamuni Vihara has successfully accomplished our inaugural Kathina Robe Offering Ceremony.

As in the Vinaya Pitaka, among the highest offering and the most meritorious deed will be performing the Dana and offering of robe during the Kathina ceremony. The immeasurable merits gained are hoped to enhance the path of wisdom and self purification and to be shared with each and everyone who has participated in the ceremony and all who have played a part to make it successful.

May the merits and blessings be with all sentient beings and leading to the final liberation of Nibbana.
